As a member of the Administrative Staff in the institution at which I work, my role in supporting the ODL extends to encompass ensuring that all print based modules and learning materials, flashdrives, assessments, and any other resource is printed, collated, and delivered to all centres (especially Hinterland and Riverain areas) where access to ODL is limited or in some cases, not accessible. My role can be improved by participating in Continuous Professional Development which aims at knowing who the ODL is and what strategies can used to make learning educational, creative, accessible, and rewarding.
