Registration and log-in issues

 

Can I register for late applications?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late registration as we always receive a huge number of applications with limited seats.

 

I cannot access the course with the username and password I received via your email. What should I do?

If you are experiencing this issue, you might be a returning user, indicating that you already have an account on our platform with a different username or password. Please use the username (e.g., your email address or another name you set) and password that you initially registered on the platform.

If you have forgotten your username and/or password, you can reset it at https://vussc.colvee.org/login/forgot_password.php.

 

I can view the course and some materials but cannot access quizzes. What should I do?

It is possible that you view the course as a guest. Please log in to your account to access the course materials and quizzes.

If you have problems logging in, reset the password with your email address at https://vussc.colvee.org/login/forgot_password.php.

 

I still cannot access the course even after I have tried everything.

If you have tried resetting your account at https://vussc.colvee.org/login/forgot_password.php and the issue persists, please contact us at vussc@col.org.  Please expect our response within 48 hours on business days.  

 

I have disabilities, is there any support from you?

We have several suggestions to facilitate access to the course:

  • All videos provide audio and written captions;  
  • For quizzes and other textual materials, you can either select CTRL+SHIFT+U or select a portion of text, right click and select Read Aloud (shown in the picture below). To enable these features, we suggest that you select Explorer as your browser.

Certificate issues

How can I get the certificate of completion?

Please go to Unit 6 and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click “Completion Certificate” to download the certificate.

 

I completed the course but have not received the certificate. What should I do?

To earn a certificate of completion, you must complete all twelve quizzes with a minimum composite score of 85%. If your score is less than 85% and you plan to retake the course in the future, please subscribe to our mailing list to stay informed about the next AI course at Join our mailing list.

If your score is at least 85% but you're unable to download the certificate, it's possible that some activities are not marked as complete.

For items like quizzes, you need to manually check the progress boxes. For other items like videos, you must watch the entire videos and close the video windows. After refreshing the course page, the progress boxes will be automatically checked. If the boxes remain unchecked due to delays, try reopening the videos and refreshing the course page again.

 

Post-AI course Questions

Can I access AI materials after the course is complete?

After the last day of the course, you can access the videos on the playlist .
