-Group Activities- Such as presentations that require them making contact to decide how it will come together, who will go first, who will research what etc. This will encourage communication in a natural less forced way.
-Self Introduction- Just having someone introduce themselves in class and talk about their likes create a sense of rapport and even admiration for their characteristic or personal preference.
- Individual Presentation- Having a teacher candidate present before their collogues builds their confidence to express themselves amongst each other although it can be nerve wracking initially.
-Games before class- This helps to create a fun start to the virtual space, the serious, corky, loud or studious personality shines through and this fosters knowledge about the individual which will endear them to each other, weather its closer to each or make them familiar whatever the bond it will push them out of the comfort zone of being antisocial.
