Online Self-Instructional Orientation for Learners

  A warm welcome to all students who are new to this orientation space for the Cyril Potter College of Education.  This course, which guides you into online teaching and learning, was designed with you in mind.  It is supposed to:                                   

  1. Inform you about how to effectively navigate this Moodle platform;
  2. Help you appreciate why online learning is right for you, or not;
  3. Introduce you to some of the learning tools used within the online classroom;
  4. Support your growth and development as an online learner; and
  5. Give you opportunities to gain hands-on experiences with the online platform. 

  Please take a few minutes to engage with the materials below, in a sequential manner, opening one file at a time to discover more.  This short online course will only take about an hour of your time.  And you don't have to go through it all at once.  Just a click at a time.  Enjoy!
