As a stakeholder in ODL either as an administrator or faculty, share your plan on what you will do, in your specific docket, to improve service delivery to the distant and online learner. This should be about 250 words.
You may use the rubric below to guide you:
1. State the particular docket e.g., Library, IT, Registrar, faculty, student counselling etc.
2. Describe, in details, the innovation and why you think it will improve learner support service.
3. Explain whether it entails policy change or change in practice- standard operating procedures etc.
3. Any other relevant information.
It is important that you comment on at least one post from another participant. In your post, demonstrate an analytical view of your colleague's innovation - appreciating its pros and cons based on experience from your practice or any literature that you may cite. This will enrich our learning.
