As a tutor, I do feel a sense of connection with my learners. The evidence of this connection lies in the fact that learners cam communicate with me via email, whatsapp, telephone calls, messenger, or by coming in to the office during desk hours. Ther querries and any other issues are definitely attended to in a timely manner and interventions are made where necessary. Learners do act as a team as they are always willingly to help each other provide academic and social support.
