I agree to a large extent that Student Support Services are essential components of a Good Distance Education System. Firstly, as instructors we must know who our students are and how best we can serve them. This means that we must create a curriculum that is accessible to all. Thus, our content, process, product, technology, and other resources must cater to the academic, social, emotional, and diverse learning abilities and styles of our students. Also, students will need programmes that will support their challenges with ODL.
