The Registration Unit was assigned an assistant registrar who directly oversee the registration Clerks, help desk staff and technical staff. To ensures efficiency based on task assignments completion or correct execution, clerks are required to submit reports weekly based on assigned task. If they are unsure to ensure quality is delivered such staff seek guidance from other experienced staff at hand and final decision making is left to the Registrar and Assistant Registrar.
